All of these steps can help your Backlink Energizer sites to be more productive and much more effective link indexing machines.  I personally build 10 self hosted wordpress sites for each Backlink Energizer setup.  This way each of my backlinks gets 16 backlinks total.  You get 6 backlinks from Web 2.0 sites and 10 backlinks from other WordPress sites.  This creates an extremely effective indexing machine.  I use these to index thousands of profile backlinks which makes them very effective in terms of build search engine rankings.

The second thing you need to do is make sure you have high authority social networking accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and a Blogger account.  These are very high page rank sites that Google loves (they own Youtube and Blogger so yes they love themselves and rank themself high).  Setup as many social network accounts as you can with your brand name being used as the account name.  Ideally you want your brand name in the URL of the site.  For example you want your Youtube channel to have your actually brand name in the URL which helps it rank higher for your keyword which happens to be your brand name.  Then load your Youtube channel up with great videos about your company.  Build backlinks to your Youtube channel and individual videos to establish a page 1 prescience.

Make sure to setup your Facebook and Twitter the same way and get some good content on there right away.  Have someone keep these social accounts updated on a weekly basis, even better have them updated every single day (Google loves fresh content and ranks it higher) – your online reputation management is dependent on having constant fresh and positive content so make sure to supply it with such.

Get some good press releases out there about your company and then start building backlinks to those so that they rank high.  You want all of these things to rank high so that you don’t have to start pushing them up in the event you need to be reactive.

When you go on the defensive you are not in a good position with your online reputation management.  Suddenly you spot damaging reviews or posts on page 1 of Google and then you need to do something about it.  Each day that those negative posts and articles show up you are losing business and word of mouth spreads fast.  Even though the information may not even be true it doesn’t matter.  The people that see it will see the negative information and move on to another company while all the while remembering only the bad things they read about you.  Keep your online reputation clean by starting with proactive reputation management but if you must go on the defense here are a few things you can do.

First deal with the negative posting to see if you can have the owner remove it.  If it’s a Scam.com or Ripoffreport you will need to submit a rebuttal and unfortunately the post is still going to stick but at least if someone clicks on it they can see your rebuttal showing it is false.  It is important to push this off of page 1 by flooding the first page with positive listings.  You can use powerful SEO software to help you do this task or hire an online reputation management services company to do the work for you.

The other thing I mentioned in my Backlinks Genie Review was how I use the Genie.  Since I currently use SEO Link Robot, SE Nuke, and Magic Submitter for Web 2.0 postings (o.k. so I’m an SEO Software addict, I know its a bit of overkill but they all have something different).  So as I was saying, I use my SEO software to create my Web 2.0 and article directory submissions and then I use Backlinks Genie to hit those Web 2.0 props with 2000 Xrumer profiles.  I also use the blog comments to do direct linking to my websites.  I have Scrapebox but I really don’t have the time to go out and scrape new blogs each day so it’s nice to be able to get 750 blog comments (and then I have 750 blogs that I might just throw into Scrapebox and do my own blog commenting run on with another site – nice time saver!)

So you might be thinking that $200 is a lot of money.  It certainly is if you aren’t making any money online so don’t use it if that is your current position.

However this is the breakdown I figured out with multiple Backlinks Genie accounts

• 1st account – $199
• 2nd account – $149
• 3rd account $125
• 4th account $125
• 5th account $125

5 accounts costs $723 coming to $143 per account.

If you used your 5 accounts for Xrumer only you would be spending $4.76 for 2,000 forum links or $23.83 per day for 10,000 profile links.

That’s actually not too bad considering the cost of Xrumer blasts, sure you can find it cheaper but then you have the hassle of trying to put in daily orders.  This is 1 interface where you are in control of your projects and can schedule them well in advance.  I don’t have time to run an Xrumer server, I probably will get it going in the near future but for now this is a fantastic solution to deep link Web 2.0 and article directories.

You can then get 10 Backlinks Genie accounts for $120 each so then the cost comes down to $20 a day for 10,000 Xrumer profiles.  If you have alot of projects and clients but don’t have the time to mess with Xrumer I highly suggest Backlinks Genie as a solution.
